FDA PE/Gym/Unity Day Attire and Sneakers required
(T-shirt or blouse)
Visiting Summer Rising (6-8) students are to wear their school's PE/gym
shirt or apparel (important for identification purposes)
FDA Uniform/PE/Gym Shirts are available for purchase
Tank tops, yoga pants, and short shorts are not allowed

To ensure safety, sandals, flip-flops, crocs are not allowed

Daily Punctual Attendance Required

*Excessively Late/Absent Students may be dropped from Summer 2023

Breakfast entry @8:00am
Period 1 entry @8:30am - Grades 6, 7, and 8 plus HS Students who have Period 1
Period 2 entry @10:20am
Lunch entry @12:10pm
Period 3 entry @12:40pm

NYCDOE Discipline and Safety Code in effect
Students are not allowed on the 2nd Floor
